Formed in 2000, members from Buckle Up and SSWH got together and created FACE FORWARD. Leaning towards hardcore punk, the band existed from 2000 until early 2004, playing shows mainly around Edmonton, Alberta.

Pretty much all of the songs from this period were forgotten, until finding some old VHS tapes of our early shows in 2018. Going through the footage, we re-learned our old tunes and booked studio time with Casey at Echo Base Studio (www.facebook.com/EchoBaseStudios/) in Calgary, recording what we found on those old video tapes during the summer of 2019.

This album follows our setlist from a show we did, in a church basement, on May 19 2001. Additionally, we recorded two more songs that were written around 2002-2003 and included them as the last tracks on the LP. It was a blast to record this album, all of us hadn't been in the same room for around 15 years.
